• Administer the certification program to reduce entry barriers by developing and maintaining training tools, aids, and processes.
• Enforce the program through review of product catalogs for technical correctness, enforcement of technical provisions, outreach to participants on technical matters, investigation of product claims, and consistent interpretation of program provisions.
• Periodically prepare reports on the status of the certification program.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering with up to 2 years of practical engineering experience, or an associate’s degree with up to 5 years of HVAC design experience.
• Basic understanding of Lean principles.
• Experience with quality assurance.
• Knowledge of common laboratory tests and equipment.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office required; willingness to learn Excel VBA and basic programming preferred.
• Valid passport or ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire, as international travel will be expected occasionally.

Full‑time; primarily in‑office, with partial remote work possible.

Both domestic and international travel required for up to 20% of the time.
