We are representing a FORTUNE 500 manufacturing organization that is actively seeking a Senior Quality Engineer due to rapid growth and expansion. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Quality Director in strategic and day‑to‑day Quality related activities while working to improve Quality processes and systems.

**** This is a 4 day week onsite position (Fridays work from home option). ****

• The Senior Quality Engineer utilizes quality and continuous improvement tools and methodology to enhance the quality assurance program, solve problems and avoid repeat issues.
• Senior Quality Engineer will also provide guidance to the Quality Engineering staff and fill in for Quality Management when necessary.
• Use structured problem solving tools to understand product issues, obtain failed units, and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Work cross functionally with Engineering, Supplier Quality, and Operations.
• Improve existing and help develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and work with Quality Analytics to build data models for early detection of product issues.
• Provide regular updates on issues, metrics, and improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years in a design/manufacturing environment focused on customer quality, issue resolution, or product improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills;
  Six Sigma Black Belt or ASQ certification preferred (targeting "industrial mindset").
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
