• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for data center construction projects
• Review engineering plans and project drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Participate in the bid process and provide recommendations for resource allocation
• Coach and mentor project teams on best practices and technical skills
• Conduct regular site visits and manage project close‑out activities

• 10 to 15 years of experience in a Tier 2, 3, or 4 Data Center or mission‑critical environment
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred, or equivalent experience
• Expertise in MEP systems and ability to review engineering designs
• Strong background in data center components such as electrical, mechanical, and network systems
• Ability to manage complex projects and communicate effectively

• Experience in coaching and mentoring project teams
• Familiarity with industry compliance standards and security protocols
• Proven track record in managing large‑scale data center projects
• Strong analytical skills in evaluating construction methods and techniques
• Ability to develop and implement best practices for technical project delivery
