Overview
HDR invites qualified civil structural geotechnical and hydraulic engineers to join our Dam, Levee and Flood Resilience Programs as engineers of record, group managers and technical practice leaders. The program focuses on complex dam, levee and flood resilience management projects with growing expertise in potential failure mode analysis. HDR is employee-owned and is highly ranked by ENR for Dams and Reservoirs and in Hydropower.
HDR offers a flexible work environment with locations across the United States and remote options.
- Provide project, geographic and technical leadership in HDRs dam, levee and flood resilience programs.
- Serve as engineer of record on complex dam, levee and flood resilience projects and lead groups and technical practices.
- Contribute to potential failure mode analyses and related risk assessments.
- Background in civil, structural, geotechnical or hydraulic engineering.
- Experience as an engineer of record with leadership roles such as group manager or technical practice leader.
- Expertise or interest in potential failure mode analysis PFMA.
- Willing to relocate or be contacted about opportunities; HDR has over 200 locations and supports remote work.
