Leadership and Technical - Stormwater

HDR is seeking qualified individuals to provide project, geographic and technical leadership in our growing stormwater management programs. We are looking for Design Professionals, Program Leaders, and Technical Analysts to serve engineers of record, technical practice leaders, client advisors and group managers with expertise and interest in working on complex stormwater infrastructure and management projects.

HDR’s Stormwater program is focused on delivering resilient, sustainable, and safe stormwater solutions for communities through design, planning, hydraulic modeling, hydrology, construction, and management services.

• Provide project, geographic and technical leadership in HDR's growing stormwater management programs.
• Serve engineers of record, technical practice leaders, client advisors and group managers with expertise in complex stormwater infrastructure and management projects.

• Experience in stormwater design, planning, hydraulic analysis, hydrology, construction and related engineering disciplines.
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate or work across HDR locations; HDR has over 200 locations and remote options.
