Senior Electrical Engineer
SSOE is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Senior Electrical Engineer. In this position, the selected individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of advanced industrial facilities for the world’s leading companies. You will work closely with our clients, engineering teams, and other professionals to ensure that projects meet and exceed industry standards.

Responsibilities- Full technical responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating large engineering assignments with overall responsibility for budget adherence, schedule adherence, quality control, and inter‑discipline coordination.
- Plan and develop engineering projects concerning unique or controversial problems, providing highly specialized knowledge and skills.
- Maintain liaison with individuals within and outside the firm; act independently on technical matters pertaining to the chosen field.
- Supervise, organize, and review the work of a team of engineers and designers on the same assigned project.
- Take a very active part in client contact and business development activities; prepare or supervise preparation of contract proposals and participate in presentations.
- Meet regularly with client to define project scope, present project progress, and assure client satisfaction.
- Accept or reject major items involving materials, equipment, manufacturer’s quality, and field construction.
- Maintain continuing professional education as detailed in registered states’ voluntary or mandatory requirements.

- Competitive Salary: $130k - $170k/year depending on location, education, experience, and certifications.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and full professional registration is required.
- Ten or more years of related practical experience; industrial manufacturing facilities design is required.
- Experience in lieu of professional license may be approved in select disciplines at the sole discretion of SSOE.
- Valid driver’s license required; may be waived for international assignments.
