Planner, Engineering, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

We are currently looking to recruit a Planner to join our team based in Denton

This role will be responsible for co‑ordination, scheduling, manual planning of reactive call outs and PPM works for our retail client portfolio

• Monitoring the departments and your own inbox by triaging the email traffic or actioning accordingly using your own initiative.
• The ability to input, update and extract information from various documents using the Microsoft programmes.
• Extensive knowledge on Excel is required.
• Capability to make external calls to retail stores providing relevant information in a timely professional manner.
• The ability to build positive relationships with engineers on the road as well as our internal teams.
• Being able to organise your day to ensure all tasks are completed in the best and most effective way.
• Using your own initiative.
• Being able to work within an extremely fast‑paced and at times, pressured environment but still delivering excellent service to all.
• Extreme attention to detail with minimal mistakes.
• Engineer coordination or scheduling of reactive call outs and PPM works

• Ability to prioritise workload accordingly.
• Able to make the correct decisions and judgements which are relevant to the task in hand.
• Ability to adapt to ever changing workloads including your own and the field engineers.
• Knowledge on Risk Assessment & Method Statements.
• Experience in dealing with Equipment/Tool hire.
