• Provide management for public and private land development projects, including schedule, budget, client communication, and overall project design
• Mentor and oversee the design work of junior staff members
• Solicit work with new and existing clients; write proposals and conduct interviews
• Manage multiple projects and maintain effective communications with clients
• Ensure quality control and compliance within project scope

• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Active California Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Experience working with Civil 3D software
• Expertise in design and calculations for drainage facilities, grading, street improvements, and water, sewer, and storm drain systems

• Previous work experience in architecture, engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, or planning firms
