Port Arthur LNG, LLC (PALNG) is developing a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) production and export facility on a site located on the western shoreline of the Port Arthur Canal in Jefferson County, Texas. The project base scope will
include two (2) identical LNG trains, two (2) LNG Storage Tanks, one (1) LNG Carrier Berth, and associated utilities/facilities. The Project is to be constructed on a parcel of land located along State Highway 87 south of Port
Arthur, Texas, between the inner coastal waterway bridge and Keith Lake. The Infrastructure Global Business Unit (GBU) is executing site civil and marine scopes of work associated with our scopes of work on the Energy GBU
LNG projects. As the #1 LNG EPC contractor by installed capacity, Bechtel has the capability to successfully deliver a broad range of LNG projects through our integrated EPC self-perform model, strategic partnerships, and

The position will be responsible for the commissioning and testing of the overall Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) or a specific subsystem that may include but not limited to the Distributed Control System (DCS), Safety Instrumented System (SIS), the process Fire and Gas System (FGS), and subsystem Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) including integration of various control systems. The ICSS 3rd Party/Newtork/Cyber-security Specialist will work with project instrument, electrical, mechanical, and process engineers to commission all process control, safety requirements and system interfaces.

Must be willing to work a flexible schedule if required, including, but not limited to night shift, split shift, or day shift.

• Ensures ICSS Systems are integrated with 3rd Party Systems (including Rotating Pacakages, PLCs, Analyzers..etc)
• Supports site acceptance testing of integrated control and safety system (ICSS) hardware, ensure cyber security is maintained.
• Responsible for the testing, commissioning, and Startup of the ICSS scope of work comprising large-scale process control (DCS),safety instrumented systems (SIS), process fire and gas systems (FGS), process control network (PCN) systems and supporting fiber optic telecommunications infrastructure.
• Ensures the integrity of the ICSS system is maintained, including hardware and Software by Establishing andmaintaining records of Hardware and Software Temporary/Permanent changes and performing Software Backups.
• Leads Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for ICSS Systems with Suppliers.
• Supports Loop Check Program.
• Performs system cause and effects testing.
• Support of system testing, commissioning and startup.
• Audits ICSS activities, ensuring compliance with the project’s Execution Plan, Project Procedures Manual,Startup Procedures (STCP's) and Design Change Notices (DCN's).
• Initiate Project Technical Requests (PTR) for issuing Requests for Information (RFIs), Field Change Documents(FCDs), and Non Conformance/Compliance Reports (NCRs) and coordination between project site, contractors,
  clients, and home office.
