• Provide high‑quality technical support for ANSYS software users via phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer challenges to ensure their satisfaction and success with simulation tools.

• Collaborate with account managers to understand client needs, deliver engaging software demonstrations, and provide technical expertise throughout the sales process.
• Provide software recommendations based on specific customer industry and use case.
• Support the creation of proposals that effectively communicate solutions and value to prospective customers.

• Engage with clients to understand their analysis requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Prepare detailed project scopes, cost estimates, and schedules for consulting engagements.
• Work independently or within small groups to build, post‑process, and refine customer simulation models using ANSYS tools.
• Generate technical reports and documentation that meet client expectations and project goals.

• Lead training sessions for ANSYS software at client sites, online, and in Simu Tech offices across the U.S. and Canada.
• Deliver engaging, high‑quality instruction to help participants gain a deep understanding of software applications and best practices.
• Provide one‑on‑one mentoring services to customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering;
  Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3–6 years of experience.
• Proficiency with ANSYS Mechanical (Workbench) and Mechanical APDL; similar finite element analysis tools (ABAQUS, NASTRAN, etc.) acceptable.
