What You’ll Be Doing As A middle senior Data Center Remote Resident Engineer At Mold Stud```html## Data Center Engineer Mold Stud  is seeking a talented and experienced Data Center Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be instrumental in overseeing the successful execution of large-scale, multidiscipline design projects during their construction phase. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered in strict accordance with approved designs, specifications, and contractual agreements, while adeptly resolving any issues that arise during construction.

This position is based in Cedar Rapids, IA, with the potential for future flexibility in relocation, remote, or hybrid work arrangements.##

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the construction phase of significant data center design projects.
* Ensure strict adherence to all approved designs, project specifications, and contractual obligations.
* Proactively identify and resolve construction-related issues to maintain project momentum and quality.
* Drive projects from inception through to successful closeout, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.
* Maintain clear and concise project documentation and communication.
* Champion a culture of safety and quality throughout the construction process.## Qualifications
* A minimum of 4 years of progressive project experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry.
* At least 2 years of experience in project or construction management within a relevant sector (this experience may overlap with overall project experience).
* Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
* Exceptional organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
* Demonstrated success in effectively managing time and resources to meet project deadlines.
* Strong aptitude for project and construction management, with a track record of exceeding client expectations.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster collaborative team environments.
