Our Global Consulting services is growing, and we are looking for a Civil Designer in Denver to join us. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent technical and interpersonal skills to work with our talented team in delivering outstanding service to our clients.
About the role- Lead the development of detailed designs and drafting for mine‑specific infrastructure, including tailings storage facilities, waste rock facilities, haul roads, and water management systems, using advanced CAD tools.
- Oversee the preparation of quantity take‑offs, cost estimates, and construction documentation across all project phases, from feasibility studies through final design and execution.
- Provide specialized technical expertise and engineering guidance to internal teams and clients on civil works, mine waste management, and related infrastructure challenges.
- Produce high‑quality technical reports, technical memorandums, and engineering specifications that meet project and regulatory requirements.
- Support construction activities by providing field engineering assistance, design clarifications, and quality oversight on both domestic and international project sites.
- Mentor, coach, and develop junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented team environment.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Muk 3D, Global Mapping, among others, to develop drawing packages and quantity estimates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Civil 3D.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capable of efficiently interacting with interdisciplinary teams and clients.

Salary: $90,000-$130,000
Expected Salary: Variation in salary is determined by factors such as qualifications, relevant years of experience, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
