Mission

Protect America’s industrial infrastructure by leading on-site inspection and troubleshooting operations across power plants, refineries, and manufacturing facilities. This role exists to ensure the safety, reliability, and longevity of critical systems — from turbines and boilers to pressure vessels and pipelines.

You’ll serve as a hands-on leader and trusted expert, operating state-of-the-art inspection tools to evaluate and maintain high-value equipment that keeps essential industries running safely and efficiently.

Performance Objectives
  • Lead On-Site Inspection Operations: Perform detailed inspections of turbines, vessels, piping, tanks, and related systems at client facilities using advanced imaging and detection tools (fiber optic, ROV, and heat/vibration sensors).

  • Diagnose & Document Findings: Identify irregularities, mechanical wear, or potential hazards; record and report findings using digital tools and visual documentation systems.

  • Coordinate Field Operations: Serve as site lead for small inspection teams, managing safety, scheduling, and client communications.

  • Troubleshoot & Maintain Equipment: Operate, calibrate, and maintain specialized inspection equipment; ensure all systems are safe, accurate, and ready for deployment.

  • Customer & Team Leadership: Communicate professionally with client representatives, demonstrate integrity under pressure, and model disciplined field leadership for junior technicians.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for procedural efficiency, improved data reporting, and new client engagement during on-site work.

Fit Traits
  • Mechanically inclined problem-solver with strong situational awareness

  • Calm, self-reliant, and capable of leading small teams in demanding environments

  • Thrives in varied work settings — from plant floors to confined spaces (16 inch hatches)

  • Direct communicator with professional presence and high integrity

  • Veteran mindset: disciplined, accountable, and mission-focused

Why This Role Matters

You’ll play a critical role in maintaining the structural and operational integrity of industrial America — from power generation to process manufacturing. Every inspection prevents failure, saves downtime, and keeps people safe. For veterans and mechanical professionals who value autonomy, precision, and leadership in the field, this is a mission worth leading.

Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 base + overtime & travel pay (total potential: $85,000–$90,000+)

Travel: 40–45% typical; up to 60% during spring/fall inspection seasons

Schedule: Monday–Friday; overtime and weekend differential pay available

  • 3+ years of military, industrial, or mechanical maintenance experience — or a technical/STEM degree with hands-on trade experience

  • Strong mechanical aptitude
; ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, drawings, and schematics

  • Experience in inspection, maintenance, or troubleshooting of turbines, pressure vessels, or piping systems preferred

  • Must meet confined space entry standards (ability to fit through a 16" hatch)

  • Valid driver’s license; clean MVR; no DUI in the last 5 years

  • Ability to travel regionally (40–45%), including overnight stays and occasional flights

  • Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screening (90-day detection)

    • 2x pay for Sundays and holidays

  • Small, veteran-owned company culture — family-oriented, mission-driven
