• Support internal teams by providing basic product knowledge of assigned product families
• Facilitate the launch of new products, including ERP and CRM system setup and internal product training
• Manage offer integration activities by coordinating with departments to incorporate new products into the ERP system
• Act as the primary contact for inside sales or customer service regarding product specifications and related information
• Perform win/loss analysis and assess product line financial performance

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of market-related experience, particularly in data center, heating, cooling, or physical infrastructure products
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with experience translating technical concepts for varied audiences
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn ERP systems like SAP

• Experience working with data center infrastructure, cooling, and power systems
• Knowledge of AI deep learning concepts
• Ability to travel up to 25%, primarily domestic with some international trips
