• Lead the technical solution strategy and assist customers with network architectures
• Deliver presentations to customer technical staff and senior management
• Respond to customer RFPs and inquiries, guiding them through technical issues
• Train and update partners on the latest products and software releases

• BSEE/BSCS degree is desired and preferred
• Experience with Layer 1/2/3 network architectures and technologies
• Solid understanding of SaaS cloud-based solutions and API integration
• Strong interpersonal and soft skills, with experience in cross-functional teams
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel frequently within territory

• Experience in the service provider industry
• Familiarity with various Wi-Fi standards and managed Wi-Fi solutions
• Industry certifications preferred but not required
