As a critical member of our close-knit team, you'll handle engineering tasks, fine-tune project analysis, design, and coordination, and help our team to find innovative engineering solutions.
ResponsibilitiesConduct engineering analysis and design as per industry practices.
Produce project drawings, specifications, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Engage in proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Undertake data analysis and prepare engineering reports.
Contribute to client retention and the growth of customer base.
- Bachelors in Civil Engineering, majoring in Structural Engineering (Masters in Structural Engineering preferred). Arkansas Professional Engineers license and/or Structural Engineer license preferred.
- Must have computer skills using AutoCAD, Revit, RISA3D, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Structural Engineering with industrial project experience preferred.
- Ability to manage one's time for timely project completion, being self-motivated.
- Able to manage draftsmen and coordinate with the design team.
- Ability to clearly communicate with others in speech and writing.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize project workload with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work well in teams, self-starter, pleasant, helpful, and optimistic.
