We are seeking machine learning and signal processing engineers to work in our Ann Arbor, Michigan, or Beavercreek, Ohio offices.
As a machine learning/signal processing engineer, you will apply your skills to a variety of problems involving remote sensing (SAR/RF, acoustic, EO/IR, LIDAR) applications. Projects include detection, tracking, data fusion, and classification. We develop combat identification algorithms and specialize in training these systems on synthetic data. We seek candidates who bring technical excellence, leadership, entrepreneurship, and creativity. You will interact with customers, lead technical projects, and pursue growth in emerging technologies.
This role requires about three quarters of onsite work due to the sensitive nature of the work, but offers flexible hours and some remote work options.
Transforming image and signal data into actionable information is at the core of this opportunity!
Primary Responsibilities:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Applied Mathematics.
- Strong programming skills in Python and/or C/C++ in Linux environments.
- Knowledge of code configuration control.
- Familiarity with machine learning packages like Scikit-Learn, PyTorch.
- Effective communication of technical solutions.
- Active SECRET clearance or higher, with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
- US Citizenship required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ATR algorithm development.
- Experience with SAR and/or SAL data and sensor systems.
- Experience developing computer vision applications.
- Experience with multi-sensor data fusion.
