Structural Engineer. This position is located in our Baltimore office. Site visits are common and qualified applicants will need to be able to drive to project sites located in the metro DC area approximately twice a month. Working from home is acceptable when projects or meetings do not require you in person.

• Work closely with clients and perform or delegate design items.
• Work closely with drafter.
• Visit construction site and perform CA.
• Manage projects in design and construction.
• Complete structural designs calculations and make recommendations.
• Provide detailed specifications and drawings for proposed solutions.
• Work directly with Principal Engineer to coordinate drawings and meet the project needs.

• B.S. in Civil/Structural engineering required
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering preferred
• P.E. or S.E. preferred
• Practical construction experience greatly appreciated
• AutoCAD experience required
• REVIT experience required
• Wood design or construction experience required
• Steel and masonry experience is required
• Designs and detailing experience required
• Time management and ability to work independently required
• Local to the DMV
