• Provide technical leadership by directing analysis for power studies
• Manage tasks and resources related to power-system analysis and report creation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality project deliverables
• Coach and mentor less-experienced staff to support their growth and development
• Communicate study results and technical findings to client representatives

• Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in power system studies and engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Proficiency with software tools such as ETAP, SKM Power Tools, and PSCAD
• Valid driver s license and acceptable driving record

• 15+ years of experience in a consulting engineering, electric utility, or industrial company
• Knowledge of substation or collection system design, renewable energy projects, and SCADA design
• Experience with NERC standards and ability to perform lightning or switching overvoltage studies using PSCAD
