Position OverviewWoolpert is hiring an Aerial Acquisition Flight Planning Specialist to join our dynamic Aerial Acquisition team. This position is responsible for flight planning for aerial data acquisition missions.
We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.
What You Will Do- Flight planning for all aerial data acquisition missions (lidar and imagery)
- Sensor and aircraft hours accounting
- Project status updates
- Assisting with GPS/IMU and lidar QC processing as needed
- Experience/knowledge of aerial data acquisition principles, lidar and/or imagery
- Experience with Leica sensors (Terrain Mapper, DMC4) is favored
- Experience with Leica Mission Pro is favored
