About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a growing team within consulting design. What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers and designers
• Oversee electrical design for commercial and institutional projects
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality design packages
• Review and approve engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication
• Support business development efforts and contribute to proposal preparation
• Foster a collaborative, growth‑oriented team culture

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• 8+ years of electrical design experience, ideally in consulting
• Proven leadership or team‑management experience
• Strong understanding of NEC, energy codes, and industry standards
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with consistent follow‑through
