To strengthen our team, we are looking for a QHSSE Coordinator who is eager to further strengthen safety, quality, and sustainability across our fleet and offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • As QHSSE Coordinator, you will play a vital role in strengthening our organization and supporting safe operations. You will:
  • Support crew and office staff in meeting all relevant QHSSE regulations and company standards.
  • Review, update, and continuously improve our Integrated Management System (IMS).
  • Proactively promote safety and risk awareness by providing guidance and training.
  • Provide QHSSE expertise to tenders and projects on all safety and compliance topics.
  • Coordinate and perform audits, inspections, and risk assessments, and coordinate timely follow-up.
  • Investigate incidents and define effective corrective and preventive measures.
  • Maintain QHSSE registers and contribute to reporting and management reviews.
  • Act as Deputy Company Security Officer (CSO) and Designated Person Ashore (DPA).
  • Support emergency preparedness through drills and exercises.
  • Assist the vessel superintendent by ensuring high‑quality presentations, documentation, reporting, and project follow‑up actions to ensure efficient day‑to‑day support to our marine operations to ensure customer satisfaction
Job Requirements
  • We are looking for someone who combines QHSSE expertise with technical/ operational insights and the ability to connect with people. You bring:
  • Several years of QHSSE experience, preferably in a maritime or offshore environment.
  • Knowledge of, or familiarity with, ISM, ISPS, and MLC requirements as well as ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
  • Understanding of relevant national and international HSE legislation.
  • Experience with risk management, auditing, and integrated management systems.
  • Internal auditor qualification (lead auditor is a plus).
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and professional attitude with a commitment to learning and growth.
