Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive safety procedures for workers operating equipment or working near ongoing chemical reactions.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in chemical manufacturing processes, providing swift and effective solutions.

Monitor, analyze, and interpret process data and experimental results to inform ongoing improvements.

Evaluate chemical equipment and processes to identify optimization opportunities and ensure environmental and safety compliance.

Design and strategically plan layouts for equipment installations and process flows to maximize operational efficiency.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional and AI-focused teams to support data-driven decision-making in process improvements.

Required

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.

Strong background in developing and enforcing safety standards within chemical environments.

Proven problem-solving skills in troubleshooting chemical manufacturing processes.

Experience with process monitoring, data analysis, and optimization techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document procedures and explain complex concepts.
