Overview

Employer Industry: Internet of Things (IoT) Solutions

• Become an expert on the employer's IoT products and their application in physical operations
• Articulate how businesses utilize the employer's solutions to address industry challenges
• Deliver key work products such as demonstrations, value assessments, and proof of concept implementations
• Guide installers on best practices for deploying the employer's products and assist in building deployment plans
• Act as a liaison between the employer's product and sales teams, translating technical feedback for customer engagement

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited university
• 5 years of experience in a pre-sales, customer success, or product support role
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders with technical sales knowledge and business process understanding
• Experience managing hardware and/or software product evaluations
• Basic understanding of electronics and electrical systems

• 8+ years of enterprise experience in a pre-sales environment
• Advanced education in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• Understanding of vehicle diagnostic systems, including CAN bus and PTO applications
• Experience with task automation scripting and data transfer using programming languages like Bash or Python
• Hobbyist interest in electronics and technology-driven projects
