** Stormwater Project Manager
** in
** Denton, Texas**. As
** Stormwater Project Manager**, you will lead complex stormwater and flood risk reduction projects that help communities manage growth, protect people and property, and plan for long-term resilience.## What You’ll Do
* Lead floodplain studies, stormwater management plans, watershed master plans, and design of capital improvement projects
* Serve as technical lead using industry tools such as HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, Info Works ICM, GIS, and CAD
* Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and financial performance
* Provide quality control reviews of technical analyses, reports, and design deliverables
* Prepare, negotiate, and manage project scopes, schedules, and fee estimates
* Lead technical content for proposals and statements of qualifications
* Plan, direct, and supervise work of engineers, technicians, and other project team members
* Mentor and develop junior staff engineers while supporting long-term team capability#
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent
* Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
* 6+ years of experience in stormwater management and drainage design
* Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external clientsPreferred
* 8+ years of experience in stormwater management
* Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM)
* Experience leading client-facing stormwater and flood risk reduction programs
* Background supporting proposal development and business growth efforts#
