Stormwater Project Manager in Denton, Texas
. As Stormwater Project Manager
, you will lead complex stormwater and flood risk reduction projects that help communities manage growth, protect people and property, and plan for long-term resilience.

• Lead floodplain studies, stormwater management plans, watershed master plans, and design of capital improvement projects
• Serve as technical lead using industry tools such as HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, Info Works ICM, GIS, and CAD
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and financial performance
• Provide quality control reviews of technical analyses, reports, and design deliverables
• Prepare, negotiate, and manage project scopes, schedules, and fee estimates
• Lead technical content for proposals and statements of qualifications
• Plan, direct, and supervise work of engineers, technicians, and other project team members
• Mentor and develop junior staff engineers while supporting long-term team capability

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas
• 6+ years of experience in stormwater management and drainage design
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external clients

• 8+ years of experience in stormwater management
• Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM)
• Experience leading client-facing stormwater and flood risk reduction programs
• Background supporting proposal development and business growth efforts
