Clanton is growing! We are adding a full-time CADD Technician position to our team. This position will support project teams by performing entry-level drafting and design tasks using CADD Software, will prepare basic drawings and layouts under the guidance of senior technicians and project managers, and assist with maintaining project documentation and adhering to company drafting standards.

- Contribute to plans, details and diagrams for a wide variety of lighting and electrical projects using AutoCAD, Micro Station and Revit. (AutoCAD knowledge is required)
- Use and develop graphic standards
- Develop skills towards performing quality control reviews of drawings and documents
- Demonstrates ownership and responsibility for project deadlines with a commitment to quality
- Coordinates and communicates with Project Managers and designers in a team-based environment
- Associate of Applied Science Degree in CADD or Certificate in CADD with at least one completed AutoCAD course
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of Micro Station and Revit is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and/or technical drawings
- Willingness to self-learn new software
- Strong professional written and verbal communication skills, as well as active listening skills
- 1 year experience
- Proficiency in GIS, Sketch Up, Photoshop, Acrobat, AGI
32, Bluebeam, Illustrator, Rhino, Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Familiar with ASHRAE 90.1 & 189.1, CDOT, LEED, NEC, Electrical Utility Standards
