Engineering Manager; Remote

You will oversee multiple projects, guide engineers and technical resources, and collaborate closely with sales and project management to ensure technical excellence and client satisfaction. • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers and technical staff to strengthen project delivery capabilities
• Design and configure PLC/SCADA networks, integrated electrical and control systems, and related hardware
• Specify and configure instrumentation, PLCs, communication systems, and industrial control panels
• Oversee test procedures, documentation, and quality standards
• Collaborate across engineering, design, production, and field service functions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
• Manage project budgets and schedules while contributing to business growth strategies
• Drive profit and loss (P&L) performance for the team and support long-term growth planning

• A bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline
• 8+ years of experience in industrial automation or controls integration
• At least 3 years of leadership and team management experience
• Proficiency in developing PLC and HMI programs (Rockwell, Schneider Electric, Ignition, Aveva, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of process controls instrumentation and standard engineering practices
• Ability to travel up to 30% for client and project needs
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate industrial sites (stairs, ladders, prolonged standing)
