Position:Senior Mechanical Engineer
We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Mechanical Engineer to join a fast-paced technology development company specializing in advanced mixing systems in Butte, Montana. (MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN!)
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in mechanical design, finite element analysis, and product development, with proven technical leadership. This role focuses on designing high-quality products in an advanced development environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET Accredited)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in mechanical design and product development
- Expertise in Solid Works and finite element analysis (ANSYS preferred)
- Strong background in design for manufacturing and machine design
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
- Resolve product and process challenges through detailed project requirements, technical investigations, and design specifications
- Provide mechanical design expertise for prototypes, pre-commercial, and commercial products
- Emphasize design for manufacturability to meet industrial manufacturing standards
- Present technical solutions and recommendations to management for approval
