- Review PDFs, sheets, and redlines using tools such as Bluebeam.
- Use coordination and review tools such as Navisworks (desirable but not mandatory).
- Work across multiple projects and teams simultaneously, allocating time dynamically based on project needs.
- Clearly communicate quality findings, issues, and recommendations to Technical Leaders, Project Managers, and team members.
- Raise quality alerts early and support teams during the correction process with a collaborative approach.
- Act as a quality-focused contributor within daily project workflows.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 5+ years of field experience on medium-to-large construction projects, with 2+ years in a QA/QC or BIM coordination role strongly preferred.
- Proven experience working across multiple trades, including architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Demonstrated success in project delivery where model QA/QC processes helped prevent fabrication or field rework.
- Strong experience using PDF files for redlining, markups, detailing, and technical reviews.
Required Skills
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
- Strong construction/site (field) experience is required.
- Experience performing technical reviews of drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.
- Familiarity with BIM environments and technical documentation workflows.
- Advanced Revit or modeling expertise is not required for this role.
Experience
