MDM Engineer; Solution Design & Integrations

Join our team as a MDM Engineer and play a key role in designing impactful Master Data Management solutions. You'll ensure high-quality data flows seamlessly through our systems in this fully remote position.

• Design and maintain robust MDM solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Develop models for data entities and attributes to support various business scenarios.
• Implement match and merge strategies for effective entity data management.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure optimal data quality and accuracy.
• Create and manage system integrations to facilitate seamless data exchange.
• Enhance the performance and scalability of MDM solutions.
• Assist in the integration of new data domains and enhancement projects.

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Strong command of SQL and data transformation techniques.
• Hands‑on experience with MDM solutions and data modeling processes.
• Knowledge of integration patterns and API usage.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and analytical thinking.

• Experience with Profisee MDM or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and enterprise-level applications.
• Understanding of data governance and data quality standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
