Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid Structural Engineer role based in Houston, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The Structural Engineer will perform detailed structural analyses and calculations, design structural components, and ensure work complies with technical standards and project requirements. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, and supporting offshore energy projects with innovative engineering solutions.
Qualifications- Expertise in Calculations, Structural Analysis, and Structural Engineering
- Background in Civil Engineering with a focus on structural design
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Knowledge of offshore structures or marine construction is an advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent is a plus
