Junior Project Manager - Environmental Consulting; Remote Capable

• Coordinate soil and groundwater investigations, remediation system evaluations, and corrective action activities in accordance with OPS Petroleum Program rules
• Prepare, review, and submit OPS-required documents including Site Characterization Reports and Corrective Action Plans
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and regulatory staff
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and work plans to ensure compliance and client satisfaction
• Conduct periodic site visits to evaluate system performance and oversee field activities

• B.S. in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental consulting or petroleum corrective action projects
• Familiarity with Colorado OPS Petroleum Program rules and regulations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in a remote environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong technical writing skills

• 3+ years of experience specifically related to Colorado OPS Petroleum Program rules and regulations
• 40-hour HAZWOPER, OSHA 10, and First Aid/CPR training
• Experience with AST/UST closure and removal requirements
• Familiarity with additional regulatory programs including CDPHE, SPCC, RCRA, CAA, CWA, ESA, COGCC, and BLM
