• Person must have technical knowledge & minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience of HSE implementation at hydro sites.

• Conduct Safety Audits, Safety Walks.
• Implementation of TBT system & Work permit system at site.
• Contractor Safety Management implementation at sites.
• Implementation of Andritz Safety Guidelines & Procedures at Sites.
• Review of Safety performance of sites including Near Miss, incidents and conducting analysis.
• Conducting Layout based risk assessments at sites.
• Preparation & Implementation of Site HSE plan, Emergency Response Plan (ERP) & Fire Safety plan.
• Preparation of commissioning HSE Plan & implementation of LOTO.
• Work at height assessment including preparation of Rescue plans.
• Organize Safety meetings, Inspections & Audits at sites as per defined checklist.

• Analysis of Incidents, Accidents & defining Root Causes and Mitigation plan.
• Communication Skill

• B. Tech (Fire & Safety) /
  
  B. Tech (Mechanica or Electrical) + PGDIS from RLI / CLI / Recognized Institute
• 7-8 years of relevant experience of HSE management at construction / hydro site.

• Preferable to have experience of safety implementation at Hydro Site.
