Senior
Salesforce Administrator to join our IT Technology Team, at our Headquarter office in Bedford, Texas. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the guardian of our Salesforce org, ensuring seamless operations for donor management, campaign tracking, and fund processing. As an expert administrator with hands‑on experience in APEX and Flow Builder, you'll optimize our platform to support our television station's unique needs—from processing donations to analyzing donor engagement data.

Key Responsibilities- Customization & Development:
Write, debug, and deploy custom APEX code for complex automations, triggers, and integrations related to donation processing, pledge fulfillment, and donor segmentation. - Flow Expertise:
Design, build, and troubleshoot declarative Flows (both screen and auto launched) to automate workflows such as donor acknowledgment emails, campaign status updates, and integration with external payment gateways. - Donor Management Support:
Collaborate with our development and fundraising teams to create custom reports, dashboards, and lists that track donation trends, retention rates, and campaign ROI—tailored to our TV station’s broadcasting cycles and events. - Integration & Troubleshooting:
Manage integrations with third‑party tools (e.g., payment processors, email marketing platforms, custom developed software) and resolve issues proactively to minimize downtime during peak fundraising periods like telethons. - Training & Documentation:
Provide end‑user training for non‑technical staff on Salesforce best practices and maintain comprehensive documentation for all custom configurations. - System Administration & Optimization:
Maintain and enhance our Salesforce instance, including user management, security settings, data quality, sandbox life cycles, and performance tuning to support donor database integrity and scalability. - Compliance & Best Practices:
Ensure adherence to Salesforce release management, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR/CCPA for donor info), and industry standards for nonprofit CRM usage.
Experience:
4+ years as a Salesforce Administrator, with proven expertise in the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) or similar donor management setups.
Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Administrator (required);
Administrator II or Platform Developer I preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flows for automation and user‑guided processes.
- Strong APEX programming skills, including writing triggers, classes, and batch jobs, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code.
- Experience with SOQL queries, data import/export tools (e.g., Data Loader), and reporting/analytics.
Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising processes, donor lifecycle management, and CRM best practices in a media or broadcast environment is a plus.
Soft SkillsExcellent problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong communication skills to bridge technical and business teams. Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven setting.
Preferred Skills- Experience with Lightning Experience, Salesforce Reporting, or integrations via Mule Soft/REST APIs.
- Experience in a hybrid admin/developer role with exposure to Visualforce or Lightning Web Components.
