HVAC Salesman

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HVAC Salesperson. Based in St. Augustine, FL, the candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, assessing customer needs, preparing and presenting sales proposals, and working closely with the installation and maintenance teams. Some work-from-home flexibility is available, although in-person client meetings and site visits will be required.

• Sales and Business Development:
  Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and closing deals. Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
• Product Knowledge:
  Solid understanding of HVAC systems, energy efficiency solutions, and mechanical contracting services such as process piping and plumbing.

  Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on building client relationships and collaborating effectively with internal teams.
