Do you have 2+ years of experience creating precast drawings for commercial building projects?
Our client, a Structural Consulting Engineering firm located in the Twin Cities, has an immediate need for an experienced Precast Drafter to join their team. With oversight from a Senior Drafter or Engineer, you will produce detailed precast CAD drawings using Revit and Edge.
Remote Work Opportunity: This remote work opportunity will involve working 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Precast Drafter Responsibilities- Produce precast drawings for all phases of a project from concept to completion.
- Produce production and erection drawings, including shop drawings from architectural and structural drawings.
- Will work alongside a Structural Engineer on precast drawings for commercial building projects.
- Coordination with customers throughout projects.
- Associate's Degree in Architecture or Engineering Technology required.
- 2+ years of precast concrete drafting experience is required.
- Proficiency in Revit;
Edge is preferred. - Strong communication and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently on projects.
- Must be available to be on-site for in-person training.
