Global Product Manager; M​/F​/D

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Product Manager (m/f/d) to take ownership of our LED Core technology product portfolio, defining our value proposition and driving go-to-market strategy. The Product Manager will be responsible for shaping the product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful product development and commercialization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, preferably in Machine Vision technology combined with excellent business acumen and leadership skills.

The position is based in Vermont / USA and will require up to 30% global travel.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, photonics, business or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, highly desired in the Machine Vision / LED industry or related technology field.
• Strong technical background and understanding of LED technology principles and applications.
• Proven track record of successfully managing product life cycles from concept to commercialization.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global setup and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker and strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Hands-on attitude with strong go-to mentality.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Fluent in English and German.

The posted range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a bonus target not reflected in the range.
