Position: Engineering Project Coordinator III
Type: Full time position
Compensation: $65 to $80 per hour
Location: Redmond, WA, USA
Commitment: Ongoing full time role
Role Responsibilities
- Collect allocation requests and manage hardware distribution logistics.
- Support budget management and forecasting processes.
- Manage procurement activities and track Purchase Orders.
- Partner with logistics teams to ensure timely shipping.
- Coordinate multiple hardware development programs concurrently across cross functional teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in consumer electronics.
- Experience in hardware development and working with domestic and international vendors.
- Strong experience managing complex spreadsheets, accounting tools, and cross team coordination.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
