Project Developer

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading US power generation developer focused on modern, reliable, and lower‑carbon energy solutions.

This role offers hands‑on exposure to utility‑scale natural gas, hydrogen, and carbon capture projects
, with meaningful ownership and visibility.

The position reports directly to the VP of Development and may be hired at the Senior Associate or Manager level
, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Lead development of large-scale power and energy transition projects across the US
• Manage projects from early‑stage development through permitting and execution
• Own schedules, budgets, and key development milestones
• Work directly with regulators, landowners, and local stakeholders
• Negotiate development, land, and commercial agreements
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants
• Present project updates directly to senior leadership

• 3+ years of experience in energy, power generation, or infrastructure project development
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Comfortable working across technical, commercial, and external teams
• Understanding of project economics and financial concepts such as NPV, IRR, and P&L
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• Self‑starter mindset with the ability to take ownership

• Direct reporting line to the VP of Development
• Title and scope aligned to your experience at Senior Associate or Manager level
• High‑impact work on utility‑scale energy transition projects
• Competitive base salary of $75,000 to $135,000 plus bonus
