Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer

Seeking an Electrical Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience required.

• Power systems involve low and medium-voltage applications
• Power system design, Electrical System Studies - Arc Flash, Short Circuit, and Coordination
• Attend site visits to gather field data
• Work with design teams to complete designs on design-build and design-assist projects.
• Review of project submittals and shop drawings for compliance with specifications.
• Collaborative and team-oriented.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, self-starter.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, detail-oriented.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with work hours and remote work will be considered.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Fluent with the National Electric Code.
• Ability to apply sound engineering solutions while considering budget, schedule, and operational performance.
• Understanding of power system modeling software and willingness to learn SKM Powertools and/or ETAP software for power system studies such as load flow, arc flash, and protective coordination studies.
• Knowledge of facility power distribution systems.

Education/Experience. BS, Electrical Engineering, preferably Professional Engineer PE license
