Leading a test team using the latest technologies, the Test Lead will coordinate and execute the test approach and document system verification throughout the engineering development lifecycle. This will entail assisting in the following areas:
- Generation of system test work products by applying the appropriate standards, processes, procedures, and tools
- Development of test and diagnostic programs, designs test fixtures and equipment, and completes specifications and procedures for new products
- Development of functional, environmental, operational, and/or performance tests on hardware, software, and systems
- Design, development and implementation of cost-effective methods of testing and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and systems for all phases of product development and manufacturing
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
Clearance RequirementsMust currently hold an Active DoD Secret security clearance to be eligible for consideration for this position. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

- Working knowledge of SNMP and REST APIs
- ESXi, OS platform, and VM configuration experience
- Network configuration and troubleshooting experience
- Integrated product team experience
- Working knowledge of DOORS or Cameo
- Working knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure and Digital Certificate usage
- Protocol analysis using Wireshark
- Passion for designing complicated systems and working on problems of diverse scope
- Ability to define the scope, schedule, and expectations for the work you execute
Shows initiative on assignments and executes projects with little guidance and can provide technical direction and leadership - Ability to interact effectively within project teams
- Solid ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
