Role SummaryWe are seeking an experienced SAP EPPM Consultant to support large-scale data center construction programs. This role focuses on project structuring, cost and budget management, procurement integration, and reporting across complex CAPEX-driven construction portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Design and configure WBS, networks, activities, and milestones for end-to-end data center construction life cycles.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, availability control, actuals tracking, accruals, settlements, and AUC capitalization.
- Integrate SAP PS with MM/Ariba for contracts, purchase orders, service entry sheets, change orders, and subcontractor management.
- Support schedule and resource planning aligned with construction PMO and commissioning teams.
- Build reporting dashboards covering cost, progress, earned value, and risk using SAP and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commissioning, and PMO.
- Drive process improvements, template deployment, and workflow automation for construction project execution.
- 8-12 years of hands‑on SAP Project Systems (PS) experience in project accounting, cost control, budgeting, investment management, and settlement processes.
- Experience supporting construction/EPC/large CAPEX infrastructure projects (data centers, utilities, industrial, or similar).
- Strong integration experience with SAP PS + MM + FICO; exposure to Ariba, PPM/EPPM, or Primavera is a plus.
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, procurement cycles, change management, progress measurement, and financial controls.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, IT, or related field.
- SAP PS Certification preferred.
