We are seeking a full-time Structural Engineer to join our team. In this role based in Mill Valley, CA, you will collaborate with a dynamic team to perform structural analyses, calculations, and design work for various residential and commercial projects. Responsibilities include the preparation of structural design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software, conducting assessments of structural integrity, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

While the position requires on-site presence in Mill Valley, remote work flexibility is available for part of the week.

• Proficiency in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, and related principles
• Skilled in performing Calculations and Structural Analysis
• Experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required
