Responsibilities- Coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's life cycle (from development and initiation to close‑out), while under supervision of a Project Manager for the following environmental services in Washington State:
- Environmental and land use alternatives analyses and siting studies.
- NEPA/SEPA documentation.
- Federal, state, and local environmental and land use permit applications and permit acquisition.
- Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance.
- Coordinate workload through project execution and complete deliverables on budget and schedule.
- Work with the Project Manager, Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews.
- Collaborate diligently with Water Business Group leadership and partners, WA ES&P BCL, and overall cross‑sector team to elevate the practice and project delivery.
- Will require in‑person participation in home office on a weekly basis.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Environmental Science, Engineering, or closely related field.
- Proven experience managing environmental review and permitting services for Water Resources, Wastewater or other Water Business Group‑related projects in the Pacific Northwest.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 5 years related experience.
- Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
