• Manage civil engineering project design tasks including site grading, drainage, and erosion control.
• Oversee task management duties including quality assurance, budget management, and staff mentorship.
• Prepare proposals, including scope and budget development, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Conduct field assessments and provide construction phase services.
• Analyze complex engineering problems and propose innovative solutions.

• 5-10 years of experience in engineering management or related field.
• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) License preferred, with reciprocity in multiple states.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues.
