The company is expanding and seeking talented engineers to drive product design and development, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:- Develop and redesign controls product designs
- Ensure products meet design functionality and intent
- Identify controls strategies for product applications
- Support transition from design to production
- Evaluate components for quality and performance
- Provide technical support for product selection
- Collaborate with shop floor to resolve issues
- Participate in cross-functional project teams
Experience:
- 0-2 years of relevant engineering experience
- Strong understanding of control product design
- Ability to develop bill of materials and communicate requirements
- Technical support experience for internal and external customers
Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Industrial or Automation Engineering
- Internship or co-op experience in relevant field
- Basic technical expertise in control products
