Graduate Digital Engineer​/集成电路后端设计工程师; 应届生岗

职位描述

岗位职责：

完成前端设计芯片逻辑网表的物理级实现。其中包括：

1. 逻辑综合（DC）及可测性设计（DFT）。

2. 布局布线（PnR）及时序验证（Timing Verification）。

3. 芯片物理版图验证。

4. 撰写设计文档。

任职要求

1. 电子电工类专业（电子工程，通信工程，自动控制，计算机，电气自动化，机电一体化等）本科以及上学历。

2. 在校期间，电学主干课程（电路理论，数字电路，模拟电路，单片机原理）成绩优异者优先。

3. 参加过电子设计竞赛，对电子技术领域有浓厚兴趣者优先。

4. 集成电路设计、微电子等专业优先。
