We know that the only way a business thrives is if our people are thriving. That’s why we always put our people first.

Our global, diverse team would be happy to support you and challenge you to grow in new ways. Who knows where our shared journey will take you?

Transform the everyday with us! Solution Engineer specializing in Siemens Senseye Predictive Maintenance. In this position you will work remotely from a home office.

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Solution Engineer to join our team and support the implementation of Senseye’s Predictive Maintenance (PdM) platform into industrial environments. You will be responsible for tailoring solutions to meet client needs, ensuring seamless implementation, and driving value throughout the lifecycle of projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and a passion for solving complex industrial challenges.

This is a remote, home‑based role; you will be expected to travel and spend a reasonable proportion of your time with clients in and outside of the US. This role is a Senior role where you will be given considerable freedom and autonomy. You will report directly to the head of Solution Engineering and work with sales, marketing and product delivery colleagues.

As the US market continues to grow and expand, there will be exciting future promotion opportunities.

You’ll make an impact by:
  • Working with the Sales, Product, and Development teams to align customer needs with Senseye solutions.
  • Developing detailed technical proposal documents, user guides, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Investigating, designing, and documenting unique Predictive Maintenance (PdM) solutions for industrial clients across sectors like manufacturing, energy, and process industries.
  • Planning for the seamless integration of IoT sensors, onsite OT & IT systems, and cloud‑based supporting platforms with the Senseye application.
  • Conducting training sessions, system demonstrations, and workshops to empower Siemens business units and end customers with the knowledge to maximize solution benefits.
  • Providing expert knowledge and support of Senseye's capabilities during pre‑ and post‑deployment stages.
  • In‑person customer visits and international travel will be required.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Software), Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 4-10 years of experience in Industrial or Manufacturing industry (Maintenance, Controls / Drives systems, Condition Monitoring, etc).
  • Strong knowledge of Industrial IoT (IIoT) systems, including protocols such as OPC UA, MQTT, or Modbus.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with condition monitoring and predictive maintenance methodologies and tools like Senseye PdM, asset monitoring systems, or similar.
  • Hands‑on experience with traditional condition monitoring techniques such as vibration analysis, oil analysis, high‑frequency current monitoring, ultrasound, and thermography.
  • Knowledge of which condition monitoring data sets would be used to detect certain types of failures for common asset types.
  • Familiarity with industrial machinery and rotating equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors, and turbines).
  • Fluency in Spanish is desirable.
  • Strong ability to perform technical investigations and recommend data‑driven solutions.
