AI Engineer, Systems Engineer
Job Description
The AI Engineer develops modern AI-based automation components supporting enterprise workflows, business units, and enterprise AI products owned by the AI/Automation Hub. This role builds solutions in M365 Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and the Azure ecosystem, integrating enterprise datasets and implementing AI-assisted process automation.
The engineer collaborates with TPMs, architects, and business partners to design, build, test, and deploy compliant, scalable, and secure AI-enabled automations within an Agile SDLC.
70% technical engineering and 30% working with the business and training others

- 3-10 years experience in application engineering, automation engineering, or software dev experience
- Experience with AI services, LLM prompting, and integration of enterprise data with AI solutions
- Co-pilot or any other modeling tools (currently Azure in co-pilot studio working in power automate)
- Python or Java
- Experience on prompting and best practices - experience building and testing prompts - communicating and working alongside the business
- Strong analytical and automation background Devops
